was founded in honor of a young survivor whose story shook our community and revealed the devastating cracks in systems meant to protect our children.
ZEA’s Freedom is not just a name. It is a vow.
A vow that no survivor will be left to navigate their healing alone. A vow that trauma will be met with compassion, not silence. a vow that what was meant to protect this young survivor, will become the foundation for generations of restoration.
At Zeas Freedom, we believe that healing is possible—no matter how deep the wounds or how long the journey. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive psychosocial services for survivors of trauma, including those affected by natural disasters, human trafficking, and domestic violence.
Our Mission
To restore the dignity, mental health, and freedom of trauma survivors through holistic, trauma-informed care, advocacy, and community support.
Who We Serve
We walk alongside individuals and communities who have endured:
- Natural Disasters – offering emotional support, grief counseling, and resilience-building strategies in the wake of overwhelming loss.
- Human Trafficking – helping survivors reclaim their sense of identity, security, and autonomy through therapeutic care and long-term psychosocial support.
- Domestic Violence – providing a safe space for survivors to heal, process trauma, and rebuild their lives with dignity and strength.

Our services are designed to meet the emotional, psychological, and social needs of each survivor:

A Message From Our Director
I created Zea’s Freedom with a prayer in my heart and a vision rooted in hope. I do not know where she is now. I do not know if she remembers me, or if she even knows I exist. But I built this in case one day, the little girl who inspired it all comes looking and finds a light that was waiting for her.
This organization was born from pain, but it stands for healing. It is my way of making sure the trauma my loved one lived through does not go unanswered. Zea’s Freedom exists to serve survivors of natural disasters, human trafficking, and complex trauma. It is a place where healing is not only possible, it is protected, honored, and empowered.
